Near Ocho Rios, where the river meets the coast

Dunn’s River Falls and Park

The falls descend through a sequence of travertine terraces near the sea, making the relationship between water, rock and coast the main reason to visit. Choose the park's viewing route or an appropriately arranged guided climb according to your preferences. Time to observe the terraces can be as worthwhile as active participation, with any extra beach or park stay extending the visit.

Hills above Ocho Rios

Konoko Falls and Park

Konoko combines a hillside park setting with a museum introducing Taíno history, giving the visit a cultural purpose alongside the falls. Ask the hosts which routes and interpretation are included and begin with the history before choosing any water activity. It is a distinct site from Dunn's River, with its own entrance and the option to focus on looking and learning.

Island Gully Falls — Blue Hole

Island Gully Falls is the named Blue Hole attraction in the hills above Ocho Rios, fed by the White River. Agree a visit that suits your interest in the streams, paths and pools, following the site's guidance for any water activity. You can concentrate on the landscape without treating cliff jumps or rope swings as a requirement for enjoying the place.

Island Gully Falls is in the hills, about a twenty-minute drive from Ocho Rios according to the tourism board, so plan a distinct transfer.
