Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund

The campus gives visitors an introduction to gorilla research and conservation through interactive galleries, film and a reconstruction of Dian Fossey's forest cabin. Explore the interpretation before or after a separate park experience, and use it to ask about the people and science behind conservation. The campus visit itself is distinct from trekking to gorillas in their habitat.

Buhanga Eco-Park

Buhanga's forest paths cross a site associated with Rwandan royal coronation traditions.
