A note before you go. Treat Dhayah Fort as a separate regional outing from Ras Al Khaimah. Arrange the outward and return journey before adding another visit on that day. The suggested days are an editable grouping, not a timed tour. Visit allowances exclude transfers, meals and queues; confirm the exact entrance and current visiting arrangements for Falayah Fort before setting off.

BEFORE YOU SET OFF
For tourists, getting around with public transport or walking is rather difficult, and it would be better to go by either taxi or car. One from Al Nakheel to Jazeera, that covers the main road parallel to the beach. Bus O1 connects the RAK Bus Station with the Al Naheel Bus Station every 30–60min during the day. The buses are air conditioned. You can pay in cash (12 dirham) or with the Sayer Card. The RAKTA buses intersect at the Al Nakheel bus station. The timetables in Google Maps are outdated.
Ras al Khaimah National Museum and Dhayah Fort are about 15.3 km apart in a straight line. Use the route link to compare the actual streets or transport connections before putting both in the same morning; the measurement is not a walking distance or a transfer estimate.
