Historic centre of Malé
Use Sultan Park as a deliberate break in a day of close-packed streets and market activity. The tourism board places this historic park within walking distance of the visitor arrival jetty and describes its connection with Maldivian architectural traditions. Walk through slowly, looking at how the planted space changes the rhythm of the surrounding city.
