Residential Petržalka
These artificial lakes offer a different outdoor setting from the Danube. The tourism board identifies the area as a place for walking and running circuits. Pick the lake and access point before leaving, and keep the plan focused on the shore paths; water conditions and permission to swim require a separate local check.

A note before you go. Begin with Sad Janka Kráľa and the Danube bank, then keep the Draždiak lakes for another outing. Save an exact lake-side meeting point rather than just the district name. Walking and cycling routes share parts of the area, so allow space for other users and check the actual crossing before following a route toward the city centre.
