Regional boat excursion in Addu Atoll, outside Hithadhoo
For appropriately qualified divers, the British Loyalty offers a substantial wreck site in Addu’s lagoon. PADI describes the tanker lying on its port side in roughly thirty-three metres of water, making this a specialist excursion rather than a casual swimming stop. Discuss experience requirements and the planned route with the dive operator before committing.

A note before you go. Visit Maldives describes the western Addu islands as connected by a sixteen-kilometre road from Hithadhoo to Gan, allowing an arrival via Gan to continue overland. Arrange park entry and any Bedhi canoe activity beforehand. British Loyalty is an advanced-diver excursion, subject to operator assessment; non-divers should keep that block for further park exploration.
